Posting a menu for Thanksgiving Saturday (also known as Daniel’s birthday cake day)
I am thinking empanadas again
Dallas is in charge of the Mac n cheese. Please post what you would like to bring to the feast so we don’t end up with 20 gallons cucumber salad.
I will also be supplying plates and stuff
For Daniel’s cake i think i will do a strawberry shortcake type thing. I will make plain vanilla cupcakes, bring whip cream and strawberries to put on top.
I also want to bring another dish but havent decided yet what that might be.

What kind of veggies were you thinking? I was thinking of making potato soup but I’m not sure yet. Need to experiment first haha
I am not totally sure yet, usually I’ll do zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and some peppers. Maybe some little potatoes just depends! It won’t be potato heavy though so I think potato soup would be fun

I am a fan of all kinds of roasted veggies, brussel sprouts, sweet potato, carrots, red onion, broccoli, cauliflower.!! Yummy
